here, it actually came as a kit with fabric and ribbon included. I think it is such a fun, easy, and cute dress to make. I just checked the
etsy shop and its empty, but I'm sure you could
convo the girl and she could send you the pattern. I also found another similar pattern
here, it only ties on one side, but it also looks very cute and her shop is open. Because the material came in a kit I'm not sure where the fabric is from or what brand for this dress.
I later adjusted the pattern and made it into a shirt for my daughter instead of a dress. This fabric is Amy Butler's Lotus Line. Moon Polka Dots - Lime.
